GTC, a leading investor and commercial property manager in Central and Eastern Europe, has signed a lease agreement with RSM Poland. The audit, accounting and consulting sector tenant is to open an office in the Francuska Office Centre complex in central Katowice. The lease of 800 sqm of space was advised by Brookfield Partners.
Operating in Poland for over 25 years, RSM Poland has a well-established position in the business consulting services market. Its Polish team has over 300 employees – tax advisors, auditors, accountants, HR and payroll specialists, lawyers and experienced consultants. It is part of an international RSM network of independent consulting and auditing companies, which has over 900 offices in 120 countries and employs 65 000 professionals worldwide. In the Silesian capital the company primarily provides accounting and HR and payroll outsourcing services and audit services - both for local and international organizations. The local branch of the company in Katowice has already moved into Francuska Office Centre, where its new office will ultimately occupy almost 800 sqm of space.
